THE PIANIST


In this particular movie titled “The Pianist “was been inspired by Wladyslaw Szpilman real life during the First World War. He was worked as a pianist in a radio station. When the Germans entered Warsaw, the Jews community has to wear the armband with the Star of David picture, to differentiate between the Jews and the Germany. Soon, their lives become deteriorate. The Germany forced them to live in a small area that has been separated from the outer world connection. They were prohibited from using the pavements, foods are barely able to get, money were been rationed by the Nazi.

This movie portrays the difficulties that the Jews had been through. They had been oppressed, treated like an animal, underestimated and been killed without any mercy or sympathy. In the Germans eyes, the Jews are merely pigs, and leeches that sucking blood endlessly. The jews are once dominated the Germans economy and oppressed the Germany by selling things at high price. Suddenly, there was a revival made by Adolf Hitler, to repay back on to their community.

Wladyslaw Szpilman himself, has to watched his society been punished for what they had done. The massacre that had been carried out is only a torment for their mistakes. He then pursue his life to an empty house where he find a can of pickles. He live there until he was been found by Captain Wilm Hosenfeld. Surprisingly, the captain did not kill him, instead he was the one who help Wladyslaw by providing him with food and jacket.
